so off plan

Not sure what the deal is with me lately. But this week has been really hard to stay OP. I start my day well and with good intentions, but then something happens in the afternoon.

I have been feeling so bad with this cold, too. I haven't been exercising in the mornings and that leaves me lacking energy for the day. Then I think I'm trying to eat myself into feeling better.

Not working.

Snacks are my problem right now. I'm just doing too much snacking. So my plan for the day is to stay in control of my snacks...and maybe go hungry a little too. I have just been eating TOO much.

I'll let you know how the day goes.

Make sure you write everything down BEFORE you eat it, that wlasy seems to work for me, when I see those points adding up, I usually cut out a snack or 2!

Try chewing gum, it always helps me!

We all go through patches like this, just hang in there, it will pass!

Oh chewing gum is such a great suggestion. . .or brush your teeth. . .or snack but eat something healthier. Don't let the chips go to your hips. :)

Are you bored?. . .which doesn't seem possible as busy as you are with 6 kids. Let your body feel better. . .that's probably why your snacking. Your body is telling you something.

I never thought I would say this, but posting what I eat every day on my blog has been helping me. I might think of eating something during the day and then think that I would have to post it and be embarrassed by it and I stop you think that would help?
Are you limiting yourself to a certain number of points a day?

Maybe you need higher protein or higher fiber snacks? More water (I swear it's my answer for everything), how about some hot tea, that always fools my tummy into thinking it just ate. Fruit? Apples or banana with peanutbutter?
