I lost over 35 pounds with Weight Watchers. Now I learn to live like the skinny girl I have become.
I would've been too tired to blog long ago if I had everything on my plate you did!And TOM can be the devil!
At least you recognized the pattern on got back on track :)
What's TOM? Yes, recognizing your old ways is a huge step. I haven't been doing this long enough to know what my bad ways are!!!
Found your blog thru a comment you left on Terri's blog (A Losing Battle). I've enjoyed reading about your weight loss journey. I joined Weight Watchers back in May and have lost a little over 35 pounds so far. I, too, was a size 18 (and I was OVER the 200 pound mark - I weighed 205!). I'm down to a size 12 now and have really had a bit of a struggle the past few weeks. Maybe it's a plateau or something, I don't know. Anyway, I just wanted to comment to you because it's always a help to read about other's experiences, etc., and I've truly related to much of what you've said (except the cooking part. Lord knows, I'm NO cook. lol). Thanks for sharing your story - it's certainly been helpful to me.Kari
Where are you girl???
