so I thought I'd be posting my daily menus and points and all that. not happening this week. i'm not feeling as funky as i did last week, but still not feeling like myself.

i was so very bummed after my weigh in this week, but i have decided to really dial back on what i consume to regain some control. so far, so good. i have made a plan the past 2 nights of my next day's breakfast, snack, lunch and snack with plenty of room for dinner and a treat. last night i got my treat, but not tonight. i nibbled too much on the kiddos dinner. i really don't want to use any of my weeklies this week...except on sunday, D's birthday.

i've also made an effort to get in more water. just kind of going back to the basics of ww to get myself refocused. hoping to see a lower number at weigh in next tuesday to rejunvenate me.

Great job on getting back to the basics of Weight Watchers. I'm actually going through the same thing right now. I think I've struck a rut. I seem to be staying about the same weight with not a lot of loss. I've been thinking about what I can change to get back on track.
I am going to try to change up my menu to incorporate more low carb foods. I think I may be eating too much of them. Do you normally count your carbs or calories?
Don't get's a new week with new opportunities!!
Good luck on your next weigh in!

@ carolyn-I only count points. I really don't pay attention to anything else. I did low carb dieting for a while so tend to go that route anyway. I do notice that carby things make me crave more carby things.

I really love vegetables and salads so tend to go to those for snacks. And I typically only dress my salads with a little vinegar, red wine or balsamic, so my salads are VERY low in points if not 0 points.
